1st XV win 76-19 at home to Skerries 1st XV. Legue won and promotion to 2A (07-04-2024)
1st XV lose 27-29 at Corinthians but the 2 points wins the league & promotion. (01-04-2024)

Reminder - Postponed Instonians Groundforce is Tonight - Tues 16th May at 6.30 pm

Due to Mondays heavy rain Instonians Groundforce was delayed 24 hours.

It is tonight (Tuesday 16th May) 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm.

Loads of jobs so plenty of people needed.

Strimming.

Weeding.
Grass cutting.
Trimming plants.
Litter picking & cleaning areas.
Empty compound and take stuff to dump
Painting
Etc

Bring what suitable equipment you have.

Come for any part of the night that you can.
