1st XV win 76-19 at home to Skerries 1st XV. Legue won and promotion to 2A (07-04-2024)
1st XV lose 27-29 at Corinthians but the 2 points wins the league & promotion. (01-04-2024)
1st XV win 48-14 at home to Rainey RFC 1st XV - promotion nearly there!! (24-03-2024)

1st XV win 19-12 at Portadown

With Ballyclare also losing 8-20 at Carrick, that puts Instonians 1st XV 7 points clear at the top of the league with two games to play. Ballyclare have a game in hand so in reality they are only two points behind.

Neverthekess after todays results the league title is in our own hands to win or lose!!!
