1st XV win 76-19 at home to Skerries 1st XV. Legue won and promotion to 2A (07-04-2024)
1st XV lose 27-29 at Corinthians but the 2 points wins the league & promotion. (01-04-2024)

Instonians Groundforce starts wed 2^nd May at 7pm

Spring is here, the growth has started so Instonians Groundforce come out of hibernation.

Aim is to do a little every Wednesday to maintain and improve our great grounds at Shawsbridge

7.00 pm until 8.00 pm (or until light goes)

Jobs will be:

(1) Grass cutting

(2) Strimming

(3) Litter picking

(4) Trimming overgrown bushes

(5) Painting

Come along for any part of the night.

(even come earlier if it suits, or even another day!!)

Bring suitable equipment if you have it.
