1st XV lose 27-29 at Corinthians but the 2 points wins the league & promotion. (01-04-2024)

Last Saturday 23rd March Carlsberg came to Instonians in a big way!

Sat 23rd March 2019 - Carlsberg came to Instonians in a big way!

Instonians Rugby 3rd XV win 39-18 at home to Cooke 2nd XV.

Instonians Rugby 1st XV win 30-18 against Cooke 1st XV, whilst Dromore win at Ballyclare 18-13.

Therefore Instonians Rugby 1st XV win the league and enter the playoffs.

Then Instonians Hockey 1st XI win 4-1 at home to Kilkeel to lift the Premier League and enter their playoffs.
