Instonians Adult Rugby Preseason begins: Tues 21st July at 6.45pm
See welcome from new head coach Paul Pritchard
"I’m sure you are glad to hear preseason starts on Tuesday at Bladon.
Training starts on the pitch at 6:45.
We have COV19 protocols in place, so arriving on time is essential.
Training will finish at 8:15
Bring your own water and come changed/leave in your kit. Boots required.
Training will be non contact.
If you can not make it please let a member of the coaching team know.
If you know anyone interested in joining or taking part this season bring them.
Louis Ludik will be with us to take part of the session so let’s make him feel welcome.
