PROJECT SEAHORSE – Getting Instonians RFC ‘Back to Where we Belong’
Subject: PROJECT SEAHORSE – Getting Instonians RFC ‘Back to Where we Belong’.

Ladies and Gentlemen

As you will be aware there is a bit of a buzz back at the Club, both on and off the pitch. On the pitch, the 1sts are flying with a very good chance of league success. Our squads are larger than they have been and as previously mentioned, we are now starting to see the genuine dividend of the outreach programme, local and international, with new players injecting energy into the Club from P1 to 1st XV.

Off the pitch, across our sports, we have now developed a set of common values, are moving toward a common communications tool (1 App) and have positioned strong individuals in admin roles where previously we had gaps. Our sponsors have been very generous and we have generated more sponsorship revenue than ever before. Our social scene has been reinvigorated by a new approach to pre-match lunches, another Club Ladies Day planned for January and the crowds of supporters and bar takings have been bigger than they have been for some time.

However, this Club ‘buzz’ does not happen by accident. It is the result of the hard work and dedication of many people volunteering at the Club. To ensure we can maintain this upward trajectory, we now need to ensure our Club infrastructure and training facilities match our on-pitch aspirations.

To move our plan forward to the next level your club now needs your help with our ambitious, long term, global fundraising campaign – PROJECT SEAHORSE. https://projectseahorse.co.uk/

Please visit the site, enjoy the video and if you can, please make a donation either as a one off or a monthly pledge, to help get Instonians RFC ‘Back to Where we Belong’!

Finally, it would be very much appreciated if you could also help circulate this message to anyone and everyone within the Instonians family, locally, nationally and internationally.

Many thanks

Neil
