Mini Seahorses & Youth had a break due to waterlogged pitches
1st XV blew the cobwebs away after a 4 week break. Hard fought win 35-26 against our closest neighbours Cooke 1st XV in the McCrea Cup Quarter final. These matches are always tough and Cooke led for a lot of it. Eventually Instonians took the lead and kept it. We in fact play Cooke 1st XV again in two weeks in the league!! We are now in the draw for semi final with: Queens 2nd XV Academy Grosvenor
Also still in contention for the league with 4 games remaining 1st XV full results & fixtures: Instonians - 1st XV Fixtures and Results 2021-2022 1st XV League Table: League – Page 161118 – Ulster Rugby (sportsmanager.ie)

Last Saturday we fielded 3 adult teams – a lot of effort from everyone
U21s have had a disrupted few weeks with oppositions not fielding teams and the terrible weather causing cancellations of training. This tight group still seem to enjoy each other’s company and continue to add numbers to the squad.
Upcoming fixtures All teams really appreciate your support – do your best to be on the sideline
