U16s & U18s enter their cups Instonians U20s Easter Monday Tournament 2nd XV & 3rd XV continue strongly in their leagues 1st XV have their last league game and chance to win their league. Details below:

11.00am U16s have a bye in the cup U18s home to Dungannon in the cup
2.30pm
3rd XV away to Carrickfergus 3rd XV in league
2nd XV home to Rainey 2nd XV in league
1st XV home to Cooke 1st XV in their last league match!! When Instonians play Cooke it is always a fiercely contested match. This one will be no exception for many reasons: Instonians v Cooke!!!! Cooke still has a chance of high league position and qualification to the All-Ireland Junior Cup next season. Instonians need a victory to win the league and enter the All Ireland Round Robin to gain access to the All-Ireland League. Clear your diary, cancel your golf, cancel your shopping and get down to Shaw’s Bridge to support your team that has worked hard all year to be in this position. Bring your noisy family and friends!!
