U16s win at Clogher Valley 38-21 in their Cup Quarter Final

U18s win at Ballyclare 21-12 in their Cup Quarter Final

3^rd XV win an epic Forster Plate Final against Ballyclare 3^rd XV 19-18

1^st XV have bonus point win at Connemara 32-25 in the Round Robin Match 2.

Meanwhile Enniscorthy win at home to Clonmel 46-3.

This means that when Instonians host Clonmel next Saturday 13^th April, the winner is likely to be in the All Ireland Play off to enter the All Ireland League next year.
