The 2019/20 season starts with a bang when we host our friends from Carrickfergus on Saturday 31^st Aug. Both clubs have undergone big changes from last year, new coaches and many new players. A winning start will be what both sides want.

The theme for the day & pre-match lunch is WAGs, MAD and family / friends.

The 1^st XV match at home is the only Instonians match that day. The aim is for every player to be at Shawsbridge and to have with them WAG, MAD and family/friends.

All those not actually playing, we also want them to attend the great pre-match lunch with their family / friends. It starts at 1pm and is a bargain at £20 with special price for children.
