The 3rd XI put behind them the disappointment of losing the Lindsay Minor Cup Final a few weeks ago to clinch promotion to Junior League 3 yesterday.

In a 20 over match they restricted Woodvale to 93-5wks with Xander McIlwaine taking 2-15. Jack Dickson with 29 and Ben Beattie with 22no were the main runscorers in the Instonian innings.This completed a run of five consecutive league victories which moves them into the runners-up spot, thereby gaining promotion.
