Saturday 29th Feb will be an exciting day at Instonians RFC with a full house and lots going on!

The 1st XV are at home to Ballyclare in the league and our President Ken Bamford, will host a lunch before the match in the small bar. Everyone very welcome!

In the big bar will be the first ever Ladies Day at the club. This has been arranged by the ladies, for the ladies to enable our female members, girlfriends, mums, partners, friends, wives and daughters to get to know each other a bit better and have a great afternoon of fun with a few glasses of bubbles!

The afternoon will start at 12.30 with a music and drinks reception and will include

• Sumptuous 3 course lunch
• Fashion show
• Make up demos by Paddy McGurgan
• Hair styling demos
