Mini Seahorses & Youth coaching at home

U21s XV won 35-12 at home to Carrick in their cup semi-final - brilliant Another great result for this squad of young players that has grown in numbers, ability and enjoyment as their season has progressed. The reward is the final: Friday 18th March 7.30pm kick off Kingspann Stadium!! Against Banbridge U21s
Last week we fielded 3 adult teams again and an U21s team. The player pool continues to improve Keep them coming!!

Instonians Fundraising Ball – Fri 13th May Hello all Due to hotel capacity that means we have just 10 tables left to offer.
“Here Come the Girls” ladies lunch Our ‘Here Come the Girls’ ladies lunch at the Club scheduled for Sat 29th Jan has unfortunately been postponed due to Covid restrictions. The Ladies are currently working with the Bar Committee to identify an alternative date. We’ll confirm this asap.
Instonians Communication App The Instonians Executive Committee have now received the final design proposal for Instonians 1App which will become the communications tool for all on and off pitch details for rugby, cricket and hockey. Development will start early February and is expected to be completed late spring.
