To come away with a 46 (8 tries) to 21 (3 tries) win was a great effort from the team.

Thanks to the referee for controlling the game well but still allowing it to flow.

Well done to Dungannon for not letting their heads drop. I am sure when they come to Shawsbridge, revenge will be on their minds.

.

But most of all well done to the Instonians side. Numbers at training and competition for places accross the 1st XV, 2nd XV and 3rd XV is driving the standard higher.

The rugby being played at times is first class.

Still plenty to work on.

Only downside is the broken collar bone to Onisi, we wish him a speedy recovery and are sure he will be a suport from the sideline.

.

No game this saturday but still planty to be done at training.

.

See you there.
