1st XV tough it out to win 10-3 on the road to Carrickfergus 1st XV. Great to get back to winning ways.
2nd XV lose heavily at home to Ballynahinch 3rd XV in the rescheduled Crawford Cup game.
Firstly its good to hear that the Ballynahinch player who was hurt last week is on the mend.
The Instonians set piece was strong but on too many occassions Instonians mistakes were pounced on by a lively and fast Ballynahinch counter attack. Still plenty to work on.
We wish Ballynahinch all the best in the next round.
