Instonians 3rd XI beat Bangor 3rd XI in the Ulster Junior Shield Final last Saturday 22nd April 2023.

On Saturday 7th September over 140 players, ex-players, supporters, friends and family gathered in the School Dining Hall to celebrate 60th years of Instonians Men's Hockey Club.
