Welcome to our website which covers three sports, Rugby, Hockey & Cricket, all located at our Shaw's Bridge grounds, BT8 4XP close by Lagan Valley Regional Park.  On the website for each sport there is contact information and they will be pleased to assist.
If you are a new member, current player, supporter or visitor you will be made most welcome .
All sections offer opportunities from schools level to participate with excellent coaching available to develop skills.
